Responsibilities:- Support the effective implementation and in-country project management of the deliverables outlined in the project;
- Contribute to overall perception of HQ as a key player and partner of choice in the marketplace and disseminate information on the project;
- Support sales with the provision of information / expertise relating to HQ’s portfolio and capabilities;
- Identify trendsetter ideas and or business opportunities by engaging with strategic stakeholders and market influencers, researching the industry, related events, publications and announcements;
- Develop solution selling, where applicable, with strategic stakeholders that meet the needs of the specific market and or education-related environment;
- Identify potential strategic business partners and alliances, consider the viability of possible co-operation and build lasting relationships;
- Provide guidance to set up and action processes related to the establishment of new partners / relationships;
- Take an active role in creating, adapting and executing all HQ Sales & Marketing activities together with local partners and the central team;
- Constantly monitor the market with regard to economic and demographic trends and competitor activity;
- Acquire a thorough knowledge and understanding of HQ’s portfolio and key products, services and capabilities;
- Update general professional knowledge by: participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining and enhancing personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Project management skills;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Understanding of the education market and the links between the relevant stakeholders in UZB;
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Fluent in English, Russian and Uzbek, both spoken and written;
- Business-focused, with the ability to see things from the stakeholder’s position;
- Influencing, relationship- and consensus-building, also within a matrix structure;
- Strong research and strategic analysis skills;
- Foresight, able to watch the future environment, competitors and business activities;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Able to work as a part of a team and independently;
- Good presentation skills;
