Our client is a global industrial manufacturing company with sales offices all over the globe. For their global head-office we are looking for an “Internal Communication Manager”. On this role you will develop a strategy and plan for internal communication that strengthens the company culture and supports the company’s overall business objectives and the HR strategy for employer branding. You will play a key role in the business as you will be engaging employees and helping to motivate them to do their best for the company.

Requirements:

Minimum three (3+) years of experience in PR and/or Communications

Advanced English (written and oral)

Experience of team coordination and supervision is preferred

Excellent writing and presentation skills because you will be creating content for newsletters, internal news boards and e-mail communications

Experience to develop an internal communications strategy, working with senior executives, members of the human resources team and departmental managers

Teamworking Skills - you will be collaborating with designers, web developers and marketing communications professionals to create internal communications material

Ready to move to another city

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a compelling communications strategy and plan in line with the company’s objectives, vision and strategy

Develop channels of internal communications, set common standards of communication, common standards of behavior (corporate culture, values, mission)

Build and leverage employee feedback channels, monitor in real-time, and analyze data from regular surveys

Organize corporate events, team-building events

Plan the budget within the framework of the functional

Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, you will also be in contact with employees and departmental managers to research stories for newsletters

Fully engage with HR department communications team to improve processes, align overall HR communications, and promote HR brand and value to internal audiences

Interaction with the trade union, veterans' council, youth council, women's council, etc.

Work with feedback tools (company surveys, paper feedback forms, etc.)
