We are looking for a CFO who will be responsible for all the financial, accounting and other processes of several companies in the realm of international finance.

Among the rest, the duties include:

  • dealing with international auditors
  • banking and payment systems
  • GDPR, accountancy and finance of different countries

We need a candidate who has good communication skills, is able to adapt quickly, think proactively, suggest reasonable courses of action, find compromises, and manage risks. It is important to have experience in the IT field. This position assumes the ability and willingness to make decisions, implement them and be responsible for them.


The main responsibilities include the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the financial activities of a company such as business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiating. This position works alongside other team members and takes ownership of all the company's fiscal and regulatory matters.

Must have:

  • A minimum of three years of progressively responsible work experience managing the accounting functions is an international company or equivalent experience (extremely preferably in IT)
  • Upper-Intermediate English (verbal, written, and visual communication skills)
  • Professional experience working with international documents: accounting and audit reports, contracts, invoices, advanced Excel skills.
  • Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning
  • Understanding of how international banking systems and financial platforms work
  • Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting
  • Knowledge and understanding of technologies, their latest advancements, automation of processes and the use of other digital services is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Planning

  • Participation in the modernization structure of the companys' and bringing it into line with the current international legislation
  • Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
  • Develop financial and tax strategies
  • Develop performance measures and monitoring systems that support the company's strategic direction
  • Coordinate and direct the financial planning, budgeting, procurement, or investment activities of all or part of an organization

Operations

  • Direct financial operations for the organization
  • Develop operating strategies, plans, or procedures
  • Obtaining the company's business license activities in different countries
  • Company formation and legalization in USA
  • Opening new company's offices in the Middle East region including:
  • regulation of financial activities with all the company's offices
  • providing visa support for employees' business trips;
  • Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies, procedures and current accounting standards
  • Proofreading and coordination of clients' documents
  • Ensuring that customer payments are made in full and on time

Financial Information

  • Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting
  • Prepare documents for international auditors (VAT/VIES documentation, ets.)
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
  • Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies
  • Issue and receive invoices
  • Work closely with the accounting teams of our clients to manage payment-related issues
  • Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting
