Responsibilities:

• Organising the entire financial function, including hiring and managing the accounting team, implementing an accounting or ERP system, developing financial processes and policies;

• Implementing comprehensive management reporting, including analysis by business unit, project/product, legal entity;

• Implementing comprehensive financial reporting based on IFRS on a group and entity level, managing statutory reporting and audits;

• Financial planning, including annual and quarterly budgets and long-term financial projections;

• Liquidity and cash-flow management;

• Investment management, profit distributions;

• International tax planning;

• Tax reporting.

Skills & experience:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT company, Big4 or a multinational consulting, audit or FMCG company;

• Experience as a leader of a financial team (recruitment, development, retaining);

• Deep understanding of Tax Law within US and European countries;

• Experience with liquidity management;

• BS/MS in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or related fields;

• Advanced MS Office/G Suite, PowerPoint/Keynote user;

• Understanding of IFRS and accounting;

• Deep experience within financial reporting and planning;

• Ability to analyze complex issues and possess business savvy;

• Ability to work without supervision, under the pressure of deadlines in a dynamic environment;

• Attention to detail, structured thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to make data-driven business conclusions;

• Strong communication and writing skills;

• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Would be an advantage:

• International financial qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CFA, etc. (possibly in progress).
