Areas of responsibility:

• globally (all markets)

Accountability:

• Reporting to Finance Excellence Manager

Responsibilities:

Identifying weak points in the Group's finance function

Leading projects to optimize the timing of the closing of the reporting period “Reporting Fast close” for Russian and Ukrainian Business Units

Taking part in a project of automation of Finance Consolidation

Developing of the resource plan, project schedule and other project plans

Identifying cross-functional team members/leaders and providing leadership/direction/coaching to the project leaders and teams.

Implementation of projects across the BU (about 300 key employees)

Monitoring progress of projects; conducting ongoing status/formal reviews with division management to ensure projects are implemented and results documented/maintained.

Requirements:

Degree in Finance/ Economic Cybernetics

Strong business analytical skills

Knowledge of modern approaches to process reengineering

At least 5 years in an operational or project position

At least 3 successful financial improvement projects (budgeting, treasury, accounting, fast close of financial period)

Proficiency in English

Competencies & Skills:

Excellent communication and persuasive skills

Continuous self-improvement, optimism

Flexibility in problem solving, ability to take into consideration the views of other team members.

Ability to manage a team, which is not under direct subordination

Initiative and independence of judgment

Demonstration of results and persistence under stressful conditions
