Our client - an international FMCG corporation - is looking for a Business Compliance Director to become a true visionary within the Company.

Key requirements:

This is not a typical compliance role - though legal/pharma background is appreciated, at least some commercial experience is required - this will make you suited for business compliance role
Strong business acumen, resilience, stress-resistance, and creative mindset
Ability to train and interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with senior management and other colleagues
Ability to conduct thorough investigative research, possess deep fact-finding skills and information analysis, and accurately relate details
Ability to solve practical problems and organize workload for effective implementation of new rules and processes under general supervision
Strong customer service skills and telephone etiquette
Ability to perform efficiently under varied timelines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent project management skills
Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
Ability to advocate the philosophy and practical application of the Compliance Code of Conduct
Working experience in large international company is an advantage
Experience in managing large groups of employees
Public speaking experience
True fluency in English; Russian and/or other CIS languages are very preferred
MBA or equivalent is an advantage

What you will be doing:

Ensure operational efficiency, best practices, quality service levels and the timely resolution of files
Identify policies and procedures that require revisions on a regular basis and as specific problems arise
Implement department key performance measures to drive continuous improvement and to support the achievement of the Compliance business goals
Review files with Compliance staff, making decisions as appropriate and assisting in recommendations for final file resolutions. Provide appropriate direction for further research or final resolutions and determinations
Contribute to or lead major projects as directed
Directly manage a team of Compliance Managers (in Moscow)
Provide training to staff and/or functional peer group managers in order to best support business’s initiatives
Conduct meetings regarding resolutions of Compliance investigations
Develop internal reporting of business activity and effectively communicate to the team to ensure external communications are consistent with compliance policies
