International IT holding is looking for a Senior Recruiter for the most interesting and challenging projects, focusing on international markets (Europe, USA, Asia), C-level candidate recruitment (Executive Search), and filling rare IT vacancies.

The holding includes over 20 different companies: System Integration, Software Development, AI, Media, providing an opportunity to enhance your skills and broaden your horizons.

What are the advantages of this role?

• High level of autonomy and complete absence of micromanagement – you will handle all vacancies from start to finish, communicate with hiring managers, and act as an expert.

• Our team includes a sourcer, allowing you to focus on search strategy and conducting interviews.
• Remote work from anywhere in the world.

• Relocation to Tbilisi is possible.

Who are we looking for?

• Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter/Executive Search Recruiter for more than 3 years.
• Proficiency in assessment methods (e.g., competency-based interviews), ability to accurately identify candidate motivation.
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Ability to work effectively autonomously.
• Good sourcing skills (beyond ordinary job boards).
• English level B2 and higher.

What will you be responsible for?

• Fully manage the entire cycle of working on a vacancy – from receiving the request to negotiating the offer.
• Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and other internal stakeholders to meet current and future hiring expectations.
• Design sourcing and recruitment strategy.
• Set up, review, and update open positions in recruitment systems.
• Maintain an updated candidate database.
