Mitgo is a global tech company focussed on delivering innovative solutions and promoting entrepreneurship. We are looking for a Lawyer to join our team and grow our business internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and verify contracts, terms and conditions, and amendments to contracts (advertising, agency and other services contracts);
- Verify contracts with foreign counterparties in English;
- Look after the automation of contractual work;
- Draft legal documents, responses to claims and inquiries, and letters to third parties regarding issues related to the representation of the Company's interests;
- Coordinate legal proceedings;
- Conduct legal research;
- Register trademarks and deal with other IP-related issues.
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of post-qualification experience;
- Higher legal education;
- Knowledge of civil law (contract work, corporate law) and private international law;
- At least upper-intermediate English;
- PC skills: Confident user of MS Office, legal databases;
- Experience handling contracts with foreign legal entities in the field of advertising is a plus;
- Competent oral and written speech;
- Experience in multitasking with a large amount of information;
- Good work ethic, attentiveness, accuracy, and responsibility.
