The IT company Andersen is looking for an Internal Project Manager/Director who will contribute to the company’s development while maintaining its unique culture and atmosphere.

Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services, following project management standards and best practices. Responsibilities:

- Team management, participating in building/changing department processes;

- Planning and reporting, close communication with the top management of the company;

- Setting up, adapting, managing processes on projects from requirements gathering to technical support;

- Interacting with internal customers ( heads of company departments), negotiating, managing deadlines, risks and business expectations of the customer;

- Setting workflow, prioritizing, tracking deadlines and team motivation;

- Planning, controlling and distributing the project budget;

- Communicating regularly with internal customers on development issues, strategies and business goals.

Must-haves:

- Experience as an IT Project Manager or a similar position for 5+ years;

- Hands-on knowledge of Agile (Scrum and Kanban) and software development life cycle (SDLC) models;

- Technical knowledge of information technology;

- Ability to optimize business processes, improve efficiency and ensure high quality of internal projects;

- Understanding of internal business processes of IT outsourcing companies and ability to adapt them to internal projects;

- Ability to manage risks and solve problems;

- Business-oriented and the ability to assess business needs;

- Excellent leadership and communication skills;

- Knowledge of financial accounting and the ability to analyze the financial performance of projects;

- Ability to liaise with company finance and business departments to coordinate and build cohesive project strategies;

- Level of English – Pre-Intermediate and above.

Nice-to-haves:

- Experience with 1C products.
