DREAMTEAM APPS is looking for a Project Manager to management a new products in our company. We specialize in developing native applications only for the App Store using modern development tools.

What you'll be doing:

• Organization of a product development strategy, functionality for further releases;
• Coordinates PdM, engineers, qa and designers. Monitoring the process of the project, priorities, and deadlines;
• Develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals;
• Identify potential areas for improving project performance;
• Setting up and optimizing processes;
• Identification and analysis of the target audience, study of users and their behavior in the project.

Your Experience:

• 3+ years experience in PM roles in IT;
• Understanding of the full cycle of iOS Apps development;
• Deep knowledge of best practices and efficient processes for managing teams;
• Ability to motivate a team and it to success;
• Proven track record of successfully working across teams including Strategy, Design, Marketing, QA and Engineering to bring products to life;
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical problems in digestible ways;
• Ability to build relationships within the team;
• Work on projects with iOS apps (must).
