What You?ll be Doing??

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from researching candidates, conducting interviews, constant feedback with technical team to the final offer

• Build partnerships with employees such as team leaders, scrum masters and software engineers in Georgia and abroad

• Work closely with the senior leadership team on organizational change initiatives, people and performance-related development, employee engagement, and communication

• Lead feedback efforts related to people and performance, and make recommendations based on best practices

• Onboard new talents, supporting both the team and the joining colleague

• Maintaining projects and team records and individual feedback

• Identify opportunities for improvement?

• Assess training needs and support to design and implement internal training programs?

• Ensure local legal compliance in people-related policies

• Continuously review the responsibilities of the HR department and make bold decisions when necessary.

• Occasionally travel to our offices abroad

Requirements:?

• Minimum 3 years' experience in HR and recruitment in the IT domain

• Excellent communication skills in English and Georgian

• Positive and energizing personality

• Demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across people among different roles and backgrounds

• History of working closely with IT staff, ability to handle a variety of demanding topics, including performance feedbacks.

• Knowledge of staffing, compensation, and talent management best practices.

• Understanding of HR key processes (performance reviews, grades, team structure reviews, internal communications, etc.);?

Readiness to work in a highly dynamic and fast changing business environment?
