KIVORK is an international IT product company. Together we design and manage our own products in the field of travel and transportation. The most important projects that have made us famous worldwide are WowFare, Ovago, HOP2 and Arangrant.

KIVORK has a large staff of 750 people based in various offices worldwide including Moldova, the UK, India, the USA and local remote teams in Kazakhstan, Armenia, Ukraine and others.

We are currently looking for an addition to our team – a Product Manager who will be managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle to achieve growth objectives and deliver winning products.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in mobile product development from scratch to market launch;

• English - B2+;
• Experience in travel industry as an advantage;
• Experience in Design as an advantage;
• Proven ability to engage with developers, designers and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship;
• Knowledge of the specifics of product business, the ability to build chains and acknowledge the impact of the hypotheses;
• Understanding of the web and mobile cycle development and related technologies;
• Wide outlook of the digital field;
• Practical knowledge of product analytics;
• Experience in user research;
• Understanding of the CJM principles;
• Knowledge of the performance marketing and business analytics tools;
• Ability to think outside the box to solve business problems;
• Results-oriented, driven, ambitious, self-disciplined, self-motivated.

• Effectively manage product backlog to achieve higher metrics;
• Conduct team planning and reach the development goals;
• Identify and forecast the risks and avoid them at the early stages;
• Perform user research;
• Develop and test the hypotheses, analyze user behavior;
• Increase the product’s profitability.
