Job Description: As a Product Manager for online stores and applications, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire product development cycle from ideation to launch. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, marketers, and sales teams.

• Ideation: Generating new ideas and concepts for online stores and applications, researching and understanding customer needs, and identifying market opportunities.
• Product strategy: Defining product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Product development: Working closely with designers and developers to build, test and launch new products and features.
• Data-driven approach: Using data and analytics to inform product decisions, measure success, and optimize product performance.
• A/B testing: Conducting A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of product features and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Communicating product updates and changes to stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in product strategies and roadmaps that align with the company's goals.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, user stories, and release notes.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve product management processes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in product management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
