Обязанности работника:

Verification/review mechanical/piping design documents (P & IDs, Isometrics, layout’s, tie-ins lists, diagrams, as-built documentations) in accordance with the international standards, Company Specification and Performance Standards of Safety Critical Elements (SCEs) selected by the client.
Review Contractor engineering documentations, datasheets, calculations, certification, ITPs in procurement, fabrication, construction and commissioning phase, to verify that Safety Critical Elements are compliant with Performance Standards, project specification and international standards.
Review Contractors test package, procedures such as mechanical, piping installation, valves datasheets, hydrotesting.
Ensure that all elements in mechanical engineering works comply with safety, permitting and company specification.
Review of PQR/WPS to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Issue verification reports.

Требования к работнику:

A minimum of eight (8) years experience in Oil and Gas industry construction sites with five (5) years broad experience working on Piping systems, Storage Tank, Pressure Vessels, Compressors, Pumps, Water/Heat Exchanger, Rotating equipment. Higher professional (technical) education.
Must have good knowledge of API (API 620, 650), ASME sections V, VIII, and IX, B31.3, B16.5 and other applicable codes, experience installation of pipelines, Valves, using both mechanized and manual welding techniques, and inspection of CRA, CRA Clad material.
Familiarity with reviewing of WPS against their associated PQR’s to ensure compliance with project specifications and enforcing of adherence of same.
Versatile verification experience in Oil and Gs projects involving different type of SCE groups is preferred. Excellent speaking/writing English communication is desired. May need to pick up basic Russian language to interpret GOST standards.
Experience in construction of Water Treatment Facility project is preferable.
SCWIP 3.1, CWI, NDT (level II) Certificates and any additional technical certifications are a plus.
