Dania Accounting is looking for an experienced HR Manager for Ukraine, who enjoys driving engagement and building organisational scalability.

Our employees in Ukraine are located in Kyiv, Odessa, Lvov and Kharkov.

We are a Danish accounting firm established in the year 2000, with employees, accounting teams and subsidiaries in Denmark, Finland, Ukraine and Poland.

Since 2018 we have been growing our activities in Ukraine, and we expect further growth in the years to come.

As our HR Manager, you will ensure that all HR policies and procedures are implemented.

You will be in charge of our recruitment both in Ukraine and internationally, presenting the best candidates for our management.

Also, you will onboard new employees into the organisation.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for our current employees, including ongoing performance reviews and being the “go-to” person, when there are challenges that need to be resolved amongst the teams.

It is important for us to have a positive and constructive working environment, and you need to be good in discovering and resolving any challenges that might occur from an HR point of view.

Responsibilities:

• Provide HR guidance and advice to managers on HR policy and procedures, balancing needs with best practice;
• Recruitment in Ukraine and internationally;
• Onboarding of new employees into the organisation;
• Be a credible activist for our company, employees and our mission;
• Love working with people;
• Have a positive can-do attitude and be an innovative problem solver;
• Understand our business and how what you do helps it accelerate;
• Identify training needs for employees;
• Heavy employee relations experience with the ability to create and implement sustainable solutions;
• Be a leader throughout – speak up, exert influence to create positive change;
• Ability to have influence at all levels in the organisation;
• Propose and lead HR initiatives;
• Love to be challenged;
• Know, learn and keep up-to-date on the HR stuff.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in HR or the equivalent in experience;
• Evidence of exceptional ability;
• 6+ years of HR Leadership;
• Strong generalist HR experience is essential for this role;
• Good working knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken and able to develop positive working relationships across all levels and functions;
• Proven track record of positively influencing teams and their leaders;
• Ability to connect and engage with all teams at all levels and treat everyone as equal;
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, and constantly changing environment;
• Effectively handle multiple priorities, organise workload and meet deadlines.
