Job Accountabilities:

• Elicitation of business requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis;
• Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs;
• Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements. Utilize own skills and experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required;
• Engagement in multiple initiatives simultaneously;
• Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams;
• Gather and document functional and non-functional business requirements;
• Process modelling & design;
• Logical data modelling;
• Coordination and participation in solution testing and user acceptance testing;
• Participate in process improvement and cross-functional projects;
• Effectively manage and deliver BA tasks within ITIM operational and projects activities;
• Education:
• Higher Education in IT or Computer Science

• Knowledge:

• Communicates well, both verbally and in writing
• Common understanding of ITIL processes
• Ability to quickly understand existing business processes, analyze and structure the data.
• MS Visio 2010-2013 advanced user
• Good meeting facilitation and presentation skills
• Business Analysis techniques such as UML Use case Modelling, Data Modelling, Entity Relationship Diagram
• Solution Design, system mockups
• Knowledge of project management (Waterfall, Agile methodologies)
• Fluent level of English: writing and speaking

• Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Business Applications development and support area
• 3+ years of experience in delivery BA services for ITIM projects
• 3+ years of experience as IT/IM Business Analyst
