Key Responsibilities

· Engage and lead a high performing team of 5+ contractors and associates from Core Services Infrastructure and Applications teams, onsite and remote

· Translate business functional requirements into technical specifications for SAP/BI platform design to enable long-term supportability, reliability and scalability

· Maintain a thorough understanding of the relevant technology and platform area to aid in the development of accurate and concise technical requirements

· Working across Core Capabilities and Core Services teams, determine system platform technical requirements and complete design in line with overall project aims

· Apply technical and functional knowledge to design platforms which are in line with technical architecture, database design, capacity and performance requirements; and which are appropriate given the context within which they will be implemented

· Analyse the systems integration impact of the solution, plan the detailed tasks required to achieve delivery of the fully tested solution and with no business disruption during cutover execution and nurturing

· Report to SAP&BI Platform Portfolio Delivery Manager or Senior Manager the planning, approach and risks of the delivery

· Coordinate internal and 3rd party resources during development, implementation and nurturing phases

· During the build and implementation phases, manage technical resources or vendors to configure the infrastructure and platform per agreed KPIs and recommend improved ways of working

· Deliver platforms which are technically and functionally tested, with supporting project documentation which meet functional and technical requirements

· Identify the training and education requirements, design and carry out required training programs

· Utilize the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool for planning resources, project milestones, risks and financials

· Engage Business Partnership, Core Capabilities, Core Services Senior Managers & Managers to ensure successful platform deployment and benefits achievement

Knowledge/Experience

- Minimum 2 years’ experience on IT Project Management (in IT operations, organization, deployment).

- Solid knowledge of project planning, project risk management, project finance management, waterfall/agile approaches.

- Understanding of SAP Netweaver, BI technologies and systems integration architecture.

- Solid experience in managing global team of IT experts (5 and more) to design and deliver complex solutions.

- Experience in translating of business requirements into the technical implementation requirements, as well as effective communication of technical results to senior stakeholders.

- At least two end to end implementation of technical projects with expected benefits.

- Good IT Deployment and Services understanding, preferable to have FMCG industry experience.

- Good presentation and communication skills and fluent English.
