Main responsibilities:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters related to small projects.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client and contractor relationships
  • Providing best services (in time, good quality and wild range of services) to client
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients and contractors expectations and objectives
  • Perform monthly, quarterly and annual plan for head count, sales (gross margin)
  • Work with contracts and tenders team on development agreements, amendments and commercial proposals on own projects.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with commercial teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Understand projects Contract Terms & Conditions, RoK Labor Legislation, RoK HES Regulation, Work Permit/Work Visa/Business Visa Regulations, Company Policies/Procedures and client’s requirements.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operational questions of local and expat contractors
  • Analize workforce planning and staffing of his team
  • Manage and control of the interface between project team staff with Fircroft supporting teams (Contracts and tenders, WP/Visa, Logistics, HSE, Administration)
  • Manage, control and responsible for the project team on timely, correct and accurate payroll, advance payment, reimbursement of expenses, invoicing, local content report and cash collection from client on own projects.
  • Manage, control and responsible for the performance of the team members on other locations where your projects contractors are located.
  • Manage, control and responsible for the project team on timely, correct and accurate preparation of all HR orders, Labour Agreements, Service Orders, Purchase Orders, RMS placement, 1C placement, personal document collection from contractors, hiring, mobilization/demobilization process.
  • Manage, control and responsible for the project team on timely, correct and accurate receiving recruitment request from client, finding candidate, providing of CV’s, organizing interview and acceptance process of CV’s by client.
  • Manage, control and responsible for supporting team of Fircroft KZ on the organizing HSE trainings, purchasing of PPE, receiving Work Permit/Work Visa/Business Visa, organization of accommodation, transportation, bank cards and other items by the client request/in contract terms.
  • Daily basis monitoring of clients, main competitors, clients’ partners on opportunities of increasing the head counts, sales and other services (training, PPE, receiving WV/BV, transportation, accommodation and so on)
  • On monthly basis work with Managerial Accountant on forecasting of cash flow on own projects.
  • Negotiate, prepare official letters, meet with Government authorities (if required) on the issues related own projects.
  • Work with Service Delivery Manager, HR Manager, Administration Manager, Financial Director, Managerial Accountant, Chief Accountant, Operational Manager, Contract and Tender manager of Fircroft Kazakhstan
  • Control of Error and Emission process is promptly performed by project team
  • Prepare of internal procedures for own team based on client specification. Procedure should be reviewed and approved by Service Delivery Manager, HR Manager, Administration Manager, Financial Director, Managerial Accountant, Chief Accountant, Operational Manager, General Director based on specification of the procedure.
  • Control that project team save and archive all contractor’s documents and accounting document in proper way.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 year experience in a business environment
  • High education (preferable MBA)
  • Specialization in Finance, Management, Business administration
  • Preferable HR Knowledge
  • Not less than 3 year experience in management position
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, 1C 8 and 7. Labour code
  • Leadership skills, team management, mentoring, stress resistance, work on pressure
  • English Upper Intermediate
  • Availability for business trips

5/2 but with travel as required
