RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Excellent experience in contracting with Hotels & suppliers in Moscow, St. Petersburg and other cities in Russia
• Excellent knowledge of local chain hotels market and International Hotel Operators in Russia
• Negotiating and contracting of rates, special offers, allocation, release periods, overrides, terms conditions for hotels ensuring the best available rates and availability
• Ability to develop close working relationships with suppliers to achieve optimum results
• Analyzing the product of different competitors in order to ensure our best conditions in the market
• Analyzing product/sales reports to identify market trends and revenue/room nights sales growth opportunities
• Assisting in resolving complaints and administrative issues of our suppliers and Hotels
• Coordinating with the Head Office team the loading, check, positioning of the contracts
• Updating and controlling acquisitions and sales data on software system
• Keep suppliers’ database and contact related information up-to-date
• Negotiating and contracting extra services like f&b and conference facilities
• Managing and confirming bookings, check-ins and check-outs, and rooming lists – all in consultation with Account Managers
• Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects
• Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy. As appropriate, contribute to or influence company policies
• Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation
• Handle on-going issue and change management
• Monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.)
• Ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years working experience in the hospitality, tourism and/or event planning and coordinating industry
• Good knowledge of local hotel and accommodation industry
• Good communication and negotiation skills in Russian and English
• Ability to identify and pair accommodation with Client needs and expectations
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems in an analytical manner
• Self-motivated and adaptable
• MS Office (good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Ability to travel essential
