What we do

KPMG Operational Excellence team helps companies improve their operations while driving value from changes in organization, location, process, technology and sourcing.

We team up with our clients to focus on their key success factors and identify the cost drivers for the company. We aim to bring significant cost savings from implementing more efficient operating models, improve value for money from outsourcing contracts and develop the right people and processes alongside a culture.

Manager position in our practice Operational Excellence Group is an excellent opportunity to join a team of leading experts in consulting business and manage complex and exciting projects for key industry leaders as well as number of smaller companies.

Responsibilities

• Managing the following project assignments:operating model transformation,cost optimization,shared services centers,business processes outsourcing,total productive maintenance and Lean Six Sigma
• Communication with clients and maintaining successful client relationships
• Coaching and performance management of junior staff
• Monitoring quality of services and advice
• Participation in marketing activities of the department

To fill the role a candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:

• Higher education (degree preferably in business, economics, mathematics)
• MBA degree, relevant qualification (ACCA, CIMA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma) desirable
• At least 5 years of professional experience, including management consulting (Big4/ other proven international consultancies) and industry experience in an international company/ large Russian corporation
• Experience in project management and people leadership, experience in transformation projects
• Demonstrated strength in building client relationships and developing business opportunities
• Fluent English and Russia
