FeraxAgro is a company that represents high-quality reliable agricultural equipment producers from China in Russia based on unique partnership conditions.

Commercial Director

The company has just started its activities in the poultry direction and responsibilities for this starting stage (Stage 1) are described below. Stage 2 means the company has ongoing sales that bring an extended scope of responsibilities that is discussed during the interview.

MISSION:

1. Develop sales of Chinese poultry equipment in Russia (and later other countries) and maximize its profitability in full compliance with the producer;
2. Establish FeraxAgro as a reliable and high-quality supplier of poultry equipment in Russia;
3. Create strong and long-term relationships with key poultry producers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Active sales and promotion of the equipment on the Russian market by your own and through the dealership and external services;
2. Leading projects and being responsible for the final result;
3. Help in all kinds of communications between the Russian market, clients and the Chinese producer;
4. Organization of after-sale & technical support to make sure each client gets the best results out of the project;
5. Increasing awareness about products and their differentiation from other poultry equipment producers;
6. Develop and follow marketing activities (advertisement, exhibitions, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Proven experience in sales;
2. Knowledge of poultry producers in Russia (other markets will be an advantage);
3. Knowledge of technology in poultry is a strong advantage;
4. English (all meetings and communication with the producer are only in English);
5. Self-organized and structured but flexible at the same time.
