Expected results for key tasks:

• Form an effective HR team

• Implement basic HR processes

• Assemble a HIPO team to execute the Company's strategy

• Create an appealing employer brand

• Infuse energy and drive into the corporate culture

Professional skills and experience:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in HR management

• You are active, energetic, and sociable, with excellent communication skills

• Ability to work in a team and nurture talent

• Self-organized and business-oriented

• Time management skills, persuasive, and capable of leading

• Diplomatic, reliable, and skilled in conflict resolution

• Open to learning and committed to personal development
