Are you a creative and experienced Photographer with a passion for capturing the essence of corporate life and products? Are you skilled in both photography and videography, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to bring your artistic vision to life? If so, we want you to join our team as a Photographer at AIFC Authority!

Job Duties/Functions/Responsibilities:

As a Photographer at AIFC Authority, you will:

• Take high-quality photographs of employees, products, events, and other corporate subjects.
• Develop and execute creative photography concepts to support the company's marketing, branding, and communication goals.
• Work with a variety of cameras and equipment, including lighting and studio accessories.
• Edit and retouch photos to enhance their quality and visual appeal.
• Collaborate with other creatives, such as graphic designers and marketing professionals, to produce effective marketing materials and campaigns.
• Maintain and organize photo libraries and archives.
• Keep up-to-date on the latest photography trends and techniques.
• Create corporate headshots and portraits.
• Photograph product launches and other corporate events.
• Have experience with videography and editing.
• Have experience with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom (a plus).
• Have experience with social media marketing (a plus).
• Have experience with mobilography (shooting and editing videos on mobile devices) (a plus).
• Have experience with design (a plus).
• Have experience with color correction and grading (a plus).
• Create engaging and informative pictures for our social media channels.
• Produce high-quality photo and video marketing materials for our new product line.
• Edit and produce documentary photos and videos about our company's mission and impact.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in photo/video art or a related fine arts field (preferred, but not necessary).
• More than 5 years of work experience in digital creative agencies, mass media companies (TV, Radio, etc), or art projects.
• Strong creative visual skills and a good visual and auditory taste.
• Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English (preferred).
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom. (Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Davinci Resolve, Capture One Pro, DxO PhotoLab, and ON1 Photo RAW would be a great addition).
• Creative mindset and a high level of time management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of responsibility and discipline.
• Honest, reliable, and eager to self-improve.
