As a Junior Product Manager within our Web Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our web presence and products. You will work closely with the Head of Product and cross-functional teams to ensure our web solutions meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals. This is an excellent opportunity to grow in your product management career, gain valuable experience, and contribute to the success of our web offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Product in defining and prioritizing web features and requirements.
• Collaborate with the web development, design, marketing, and customer support teams to drive web product development and ensure successful launches.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify web trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Create and maintain detailed web product documentation, including specifications, user stories, and roadmaps.
• Assist in defining and tracking key performance metrics for web product success.
• Work with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify web issues, and propose solutions.
• Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new web product launches.
• Help in evaluating and monitoring the performance of existing web products, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with web industry trends and emerging technologies to inform web product development decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, web development, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a relevant role, such as product management, project management, or business analysis (internships and co-op experience may be considered).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional web teams.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple web tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with web product management and development processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced web environment.
• A passion for technology and an interest in web development and design.
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
