We're looking for someone who's got an IT Engineering or Technical degree under their belt, and has spent at least three years successfully managing IT projects and doing systems administration. But it's not all about the tech skills - we want someone who's a sports enthusiast and loves the spirit of sport.

And one last thing - you'll need to be pretty good at English (if you can speak French too, that's a bonus!).

Responsibilities:

• On a day-to-day basis, you'll be supporting our IT infrastructure users.

• You'll also install, configure, monitor and carry out any necessary maintenance for infra components.

• But that's not all. You'll also be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing our computer systems, hardware, and peripherals. Plus, you'll document, upgrade or replace hardware and software systems as needed.

• You'll also take care of user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups. And you'll plan and coordinate updates, outages, and maintenance.

• Part of your role will also involve training staff on software and hardware usage. You'll provide technical support to our team and train non-technical workers on our information systems.

• And because we know that things don't always go to plan, you'll develop and manage disaster recovery plans.

• Finally, you'll work closely with our International IT teams to make sure our IT system is always up-to-date and effective.

Must have skills:

• Practical skills of working with servers on various operating systems (Windows server, Linux).

• Databases: Understanding and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (Postgres, MySQL).

• Knowledge of network protocols: Basic understanding and applying basic network protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, DHCP, DNS, etc.

• Knowledge of the 1C platform: Proficiency in working with the platform.

• Deep understanding and experience with the program 1C: 1С Бухгалтерия.

• Ability to configure and modify 1C configurations to optimize accounting processes.

• Version and update management: Version and update management skills.

• User technical support: Ability to communicate with the user, quickly and efficiently solve emerging technical problems.

• 1C Programming Language (basic knowledge) would be big benefit.

• 1C certificates would be benefit.

• Understanding of POS (Point of Sale) systems: Knowledge of the functionality and operation of cash register systems and related software.

• Data Security: Knowledge and application of data protection techniques, including database backup and recovery.

• ITIL/ITSM: Knowledge of IT service management standards such as ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) or other approaches to ITSM (IT Service Management) that will help manage the company's IT resources and processes.

• Creation of technical documentation: Skills in the development of clear and understandable technical documentation, including specifications, operation manuals and maintenance procedures.
