Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• A Senior Engineer has gained sufficient experience such that little to no supervision is required in performing their duties. They are also able to mentor younger engineers in the department.
• Production of project deliverables in timely manner and of acceptable quality.
• Represent process discipline in project meetings with clients, vendors and other disciplines.
• Identifies changes to Scope of work on projects and assists in preparing PVNs and additional CTRs.
• Assists in developing project CTRs for review by Chief/group Lead Process Engineer/Process Engineer I category
• Supervises work quality of engineers, junior engineers and designers assigned to project and ensures that company quality guidelines are maintained on the project.
• Maintains up to date knowledge of applicable international standards e.g. API. Suitable training courses (internal or external) may be forwarded to the Chief Engineer for consideration.
• Assists with departmental matters, e.g. recruitment of new engineers, maintaining departmental guidelines and any other departmental matters as directed by the Chief Process Engineer.
• Stands in for the Lead/Principal Process Engineer/Process Engineer I category in departmental matters if required during periods of absence.
• Checking of other Process Engineers work (project or Departmental) in accordance with KMGP Design Document Checking and Approval guideline.
• Updates Chief/group Lead Process Engineer/Process Engineer I category the status of any projects being worked on, especially with any concerns that may impact project schedule.
• Creates project drawings manually or in CAD (if required) using RoK engineering norms and standards as well as other Customer approved international norms and standards.
• Employee shall work to deliver required quality in accordance with internally approved procedures as well as customer provided requirements for the projects.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemical Systems Engineering.
• General experience as a process engineer 15 + years, as a senior/lead engineer of a process engineer at least 5 years;
• The experience of analyzing hydrodynamic calculations is preferable;
• Knowledge of international norms and standards;
• Participation in various analyses (HAZOP, etc.);
• Experience of conceptual, conceptual and detailed design in oil and gas projects.
• Knowledge of English (Intermediate level)
