Qodana is a code quality monitoring platform that allows you to evaluate the integrity of code you own, contract, or purchase. We are a new team, and Qodana is a new product.

We want Qodana to be helpful for all the needs that we can cover by static analysis and beyond:

• Find bugs before they go into production
• Automate “boring” code review parts
• Detect vulnerabilities in source code or its dependencies
• Automate the license compliance process

Our plans include making Qodana available for the entire JetBrains developer ecosystem, backing every possible continuous integration system, and creating a universal linter for all developer needs!

We want to strengthen the JetBrains’ Qodana team with a motivated, proactive person with a startup mindset who will lead product marketing and help with product development and marketing outreach for our ambitious new product.

As part of our team, you will:

• Work in close cooperation with the team to determine product priorities and roadmaps.
• Design and implement quantitative and qualitative product-related market research activities, both individually and with the help of the research team.
• Create marketing materials, including blog posts, articles, website content (text, images, gifs, and videos), newsletters, user onboarding materials for the product launch, and further promotion. In addition to a set of required materials and activities, we’re looking for new fresh ideas!
• Organize and prepare public appearances such as exhibitions at trade shows, customer visits, and training sessions.
• Communicate with the sales team and other product marketing teams to coordinate joint marketing/sales activities.
• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to manage online promo campaigns, events, SEO, and more.
• Collaborate with evangelists and technical writers to ensure they deliver high-quality product-related content.

Requirements:

• English proficiency with good writing skills.
• Effective project management, product marketing, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, product marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Entrepreneurial drive with an appreciation for the user experience and business goals.

Preferable:

• Hands-on experience in launching a new product to the worldwide market.
• Familiarity with JetBrains products is a great plus.
