Responsibilities

• Project leader on business planning / finance raising projects
• Responsibility for preparing financial models and draft deliverable documents (business plans, information memoranda, etc)
• Coordination of and participation in meetings with potential financiers
• Leading marketing and business development in designated areas of Financing
• Preparing presentations and pitch materials
• Preparing draft contracts and other project-related documents
• Responsibility for all engagement management procedures
• Coaching junior staff

Requirements

• Work experience of not less than 5-6 years in corporate finance (particularly various forms of project finance, finance raising or debt advisory) in an investment bank, bank, CF practice of a Big 4 firm or large corporation, in Russia and/or abroad
• Experience in preparation of analytical documents: information memorandum, business plan, feasibility study, teaser etc.
• Experience in financial models preparation
• Experience of managing project teams
• Knowledge of requirements of the main fund providers (banks, venture capital and private equity funds etc)
• Understanding the range of financing structures
• Good written and spoken English (if the candidate is Russian)
• Good report writing skills
• Knowledge of possible risks' management issues
• Desirable - ACCA, CFA exams passed
• Desirable - deep knowledge of certain industries
