Responsibilities:

Be part of Deal Advisory Department staff and participate in audit projects as valuation professional on matters, related to the valuation of complex financial instruments / derivatives

Budgeting, distribution of auditors’ requests to DA team and other audit assistance related administrative job
Independent managing audit assistance projects and guiding teams
Dealing / communicating with the audit teams, audit clients’ management and personnel and the appraisers
Preparation and verification of complex financial instruments models in excel, python, VBA
Supervising and developing junior staff
Reviewing deliverables (letters and memorandums) with results of analysis
Participating in reviewing / update / creation of templates and methodology

Requirements:

Higher education, desirably in finance/economics
At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in audit, consulting, accounting
Desirable but not required (all resources for training and development will be provided for candidate successfully passed the selection process):
- Good understanding of derivatives valuation methods
- Good knowledge of valuation methodology and techniques
Experience with focus on financial instruments / financial institutions business valuation is a plus
Advanced MS Excel, Word, Power Point user
Strong analytical skills: numeracy, ability to structure large amounts of data, advanced research skills
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Fast learner, team player with strong communication skills
Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines, attentiveness to detail
English at least Intermediate level
