EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

As a C/4HANA Premium Services Consultant, you will analyze business processes of international customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. It includes technical & infrastructure analysis as well as architecture support of Customer projects.

• Architect appropriate solution strategies through the analysis and understanding of business requirements
• Assess concepts and systems by finding scalable and future proven solution approaches in the standard solution, with workarounds or custom developments where needed
• Advise customers, partners and colleagues in technical topics with focus on extensibility, e.g. Kyma, SAP Cloud Application Studio (PDI/SDK) or SAP Cloud Platform, performance optimization, data migration, analytics, Adobe Lifecycle Designer & telephony/groupware integration, etc
• Develop and maintain a deep expert knowledge in the areas of C/4HANA, along with new emerging technologies and additions to the SAP solution portfolio
• Deliver optimization and adoption services to customers, partners or internal stakeholders

Regular short-term (1 week per month) business trips (Europe, CIS, Middle East, South Africa) will be a part of your role when the pandemic is over.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS, MS university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Physics, Maths, Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in consulting, analysis, implementation or support of SAP C/4HANA solution, e.g. SAP Sales, Service or Marketing Cloud
• Hands-on implementation experience of SAP Cloud Application Studio (PDI/SDK), SAP Cloud Platform, Fiori or Kyma
• Hands on experience in one or more C/4HANA solution, e.g. SAP Sales, Service or Marketing Cloud
• Proven capabilities in performance optimization of different SAP C/4HANA cloud solutions
• Good to have: Experience in hybrid landscape and extensibility scenarios (on-Premise and cloud)
• Complex business software implementation experience
• Customer goal and solution oriented, technology knowledgeable, eager to learn
• Fast learner with analytic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• English: Upper Intermediate, both written and verbal, with a willingness to pick up the phone when email isn’t getting the job done. Russian: native speaker
