The company is looking for an experienced IT Manager with at least 5 years’ experience in managing an IT department. The candidate will be expected to be hands on, managing the overall IT environment in the relevant business unit. A self-starter that can manage independently is a key requirement along with a strong proficiency in English business language, verbal and written.

Responsible and accountable for the management of computer systems and technical employees in the assigned business unit.

Manage the implementation and maintenance of the company’s technology assets including hardware, software and data.

Have a proven track record in leading and managing an IT department with evidence of improving the IT landscape and working closely with Corporate IT HQ.

Professional qualifications should include a detailed knowledge of IT best practice processes and frameworks.

Duties and responsibilities

As a leader in the IT department, responsibilities will include the following:

• Responsible for business unit network and information security
• Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve the IT environment in line with the company’s policies and practices
• Ensuring IT policy and best practice guides are followed by the business unit overall
• Overseeing and managing IT initiatives including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages affecting the business unit
• Overall performance management of IT team, providing direction and support to the team where applicable including day to day oversight, training and skills development.

Requirements

The candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Proven working experience as an IT Manager or supervisor
• Good support knowledge of Microsoft 365 productivity suite where suitable qualifications are required
• Microsoft technical management qualifications and experience
• Very good experience in 1C ERP and 1C document management
• Good experience in Russia IT services law and contracts specific
• Experience in of troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft computer infrastructure, Cisco networks, network administration, network installation and end point security
• Proven record in managing teams and evidence collaboration with corporate IT
• IBM AS400 Knowledge an advantage
• Heavy machinery, automotive dealership is an advantage
• Proficient in English business language written and verbal essential

Qualifications

The candidate should have the following qualifications:

Recognized IT related degree required

Relevant Microsoft certifications, server, productivity O365 and active directory required

ITIL related certifications advantageous

Network certifications, Cisco advantageous

Information Security certifications (CISSP, CISM) advantageous
