We’re looking for Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support and enhance talent team productivity. If you are passionate about cutting-edge technologies, global geographical reach (US, Brazil, Europe, China, etc), and being a part of a high-performing team, this is a must-apply role for you.

What You Will Do:

• Maintain international job boards advertisement and marketing campaigns
• Manage internal purchase order requests
• Assist with referral program communications and payments
• Manage research and implement new tools
• Cooperate cross-functionally for TA projects with marketing, employer brand, billing or legal teams
• Manage projects documentation and assist with daily requests

What We Look For:

• Fluent English
• Previous experience in coordination, project management, or talent acquisition
• Basic understanding of recruitment principles and practices
• The basic user of recruitment software
• Analytical mind, responsible, attention to detail, love for international communication
• Recent graduate (background with international relations, sociology, international business, English, etc)
