Job description:

• Provide security best practice guidance and expertise to project manager(s) and Infrastructure Manager, define requirements for applications, installations, and program architecture for information systems.
• Establishes proactive reporting system for non-compliance, intrusion or abuse of information security procedures within classified areas and investigate and recommend corrective actions for violations to the IT Management
• Conduct scheduled inspections of systems/facilities that process information.
• Maintain and audit all logs and records associated with operation procedures;
• Audit security logs, reports, daily system audits, security logs and authentication features to assure security-relevant actions are properly implemented and executed.
• Create security reporting as required by ongoing business needs and audit requirements.
• Identify new security platforms/tools to improve overall infrastructure security.
• Writing and maintaining IT Security policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Responsible for implementation, and management of security platforms such as: Web Application Firewalls; Vulnerability Assessment suite(s); Antivirus/Antimalware suite(s); Intrusion Detection Systems/Intrusion Prevention Systems; Enterprise SIEM suite(s).
• Responsible for securing desktop and server Operating Systems as well mail corporate applications
• Perform as a member of the IS incident response Team for threats and security risks to the organization.
• Be able to navigate CCTV systems and other physical security tools

Qualifications:

• Experience with scripting such as cmd shell, powershell, python, etc.
• 2+Experience investigating security incidents
• Knowledge of Identity Access Management (IAM) tools
• Experience with AWS infrastructure will be a plus
• Analytical mind with strong interpersonal skills
• CISA/CISM preferred but not required

• Strong understanding network administration protocols
• Preferred knowledge of industry standard security standards, audits, and certifications
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws and be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Intermediate level of English is required
