HR Generalist [Remote]

CloudLinux is looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our HR team.

The HR manager will be in charge of conducting adaptation and onboarding/offboarding activities, accompanying a candidate throughout the recruitment cycle, constantly evaluating and addressing employee needs, and nurturing a positive environment and culture.

You will be responsible for:

• Own front-line employee support. Support our employee base with questions and serve as the liaison connecting employees to the broader HR team;
• Conducting adaptation and onboarding/offboarding activities and accompanying a candidate throughout the recruitment cycle and their roles;
• Assist in the communication and upkeep of our employee handbook, employee team/org charts, and contribute to the development of policies as needed.
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues;
• Managing various employee engagement initiatives (e.g. Pulse Surveys);
• Collaborate with the other teams and understand the requirements to support our growth plans. Recommend process and system improvements.
• Support employee onboarding and provide guidance throughout their employment lifecycle;
• Manage the appraisal process, rewards, and benefits, and development programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics;
• Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures;

What we are looking for:

• Proven working experience in HR / Employee Experience-related roles in multinational, fast-paced, high-growth environments; experience in a software development company is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English;
• Degree in Human Resources, Business or any other related field;
• Passionate about the employee experience
• Process-oriented and results-driven;
• Knowledge of HR best practices, and demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics;
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases;
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills;
• Competence to build and effectively manage EQ/interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
• A plus would be experience in a remote-first company.
