To support our Global HR team we are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Analyst who will provide data and analysis in support of HR functions.

This will include involvement in development and maintenance of HR processes, (analytical) tools, reports.

The position will assist HR’s initiatives and projects as needed with ad-hoc requests, as reporting and support for HR organization in general

Responsibilities:

• Support the data and reporting needs of ad hoc and periodic HR processes, including company-wide indicators such as e.g.:
• Staff analysis.
• Staff turnover analysis.
• Run regular data quality checks and liaise with HR & Recruitment teams as needed to ensure integrity of the data is maintained in line with global data definitions.
• Develop or enhance key data sets for HR focus areas (examples: onboarding, turnover, recruiting, performance management, workforce planning, demographics);
• Recommend information that should be analyzed based on key indicators;
• Work closely with RM (Resource management) team on developing, and finetuning HR reports via PowerBI, checking data are correct in PowerBI versus company staff programs and further tools;
• «Own» the user manuals,
• Ensure and support data entry as data consistency between tools/systems etc.
• Deliver (manual) periodic reports inc. supporting HRs data which these data builds on.
• Conduct gap analyses on HR data quality, reports, workflows, and processes; recommend solutions and drive improvements
• Report and support for HR organization in general etc.

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of experience in Analytics
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Human Resources
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook, Power BI
• Ability to manage confidential data professionally
• Strong attention to details, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and to succeed in the environment with conflicting priorities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Positive attitude, desire to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced level of English
