One of the top companies in education sphere in Europe searches for talented sales managers who want to improve their professional level and who want to develop in this direction.

About company:

The company helps applicants from the CIS countries to get a decent education of the European level. The main specialization is everything that related to studying in Czech Republic.

Whom we search for?

We search for you if you are proactive, like communication (in English too), don`t afraid of negotiations with clients, try to help others and have experience in sales (including educational service).

We offer:

• good salary (fixed part + bonus depending on KPI`s performance, first 2 months we guarantee salary 800 euro, payment at the euro exchange rate);
• education and development;
• standard working schedule: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00;
• work in a cozy office in 10 minutes on foot from Luk`yanovka metro station (there is a caffee on the office`s territory)

It is IMPORTANT for us:

• work experience as a sales manager 2+ years (advantage);
• experience of communication with clients (writing and speaking) IN ENGLISH
• experience of clients consultation – we are ready to study you sales if you have experience of communication with clients;
• English level – «I can negotiate with clients»
• good level of Russian;
• ability to communicate in writing and orally;
• attention to details, ability to work with objections;
• experience in educational services sphere (will be a plus);
• experience with CRM-systems, for example, Bitrix24 (preferably).

Main functions:

• incoming requests (work with a warm customer base);
• consultation of clients – by phone and email;
• maintaining clients base in CRM and reporting about results of work.
