The Kingisepp II project concerns the Early Works Services with subsequent extension into Engineering Procurement and Construction activities for a new urea and ammonia production facility with a capacity of about 3,000 tonnes of ammonia and 4,000 tonnes of urea per day at Kingisepp, in Northwest Russia.

Civil Engineer, CVE ensures that the construction and installation works meet the approved design. Works closely with the Client representatives, other Contractors and Subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in the development of design and technical documentation for civil engineering section;
• Engineering support for all current maintenance and modification group activities;
• Participation in the inspection of construction works, where required;
• Random checks of conformity of the construction and installation work documentation and the requirements of construction norms and regulations;
• Participation in acceptance of exact critical facilities during the construction process;
• Contractors support in terms of work preparation, performance monitoring, reporting of progress.

• University Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.

• Russian Native speaker;
• Fluent English;
• Excellent IT and analytical skills;
• Attention to detail, excellent communications skills;
• Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with a strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas /industrial sector/ EPC projects;
• At least 3 years of experience in the specific discipline;
• Similar role covered in last three projects, of comparable size;
• Experience working on the Contractor side.
