The Kingisepp II project concerns the Early Works Services with subsequent extension into Engineering Procurement and Construction activities for a new urea and ammonia production facility with a capacity of about 3,000 tonnes of ammonia and 4,000 tonnes of urea per day at Kingisepp, in Northwest Russia.

Piping Engineer (Underground works), PIE, develops the Detailed Design Documentation on piping discipline for the Project.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in the development of design and technical documentation for the piping section;
• Engineering support for all current modification group activities;
• Ensuring the design and functionality through the management of requirements, virtual engineering, and technical reviews;
• Development and standardisation of design proposals following the established norms by the company’s Project;
• Provides input to Project Planning Engineer to prepare project schedule;
• Coordinates with other departments for Piping Input Data;
• Participation in acceptance of critical facilities during the construction process;
• Monitors the installation of pipes to ensure the work agrees with the project's design;
• Collaborates with Mechanical Supervisor in directing Subcontractor activities within the area assigned within Discipline, including both intermediate and final inspections and tests;
• Random checks of conformity of the construction and installation work documentation and the requirements of construction norms and regulations.

• University Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.

• Fluent English;
• Excellent IT and analytical skills;
• Attention to detail, excellent communications skills;
• Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with a strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas /industrial sector/ EPC projects;
• At least 3 years of experience in the specific discipline;
• Similar role covered in last three projects, of comparable size;
• Experience working on the Contractor side.
