Requirements:
- Secondary Education
- Fluency in English, Russian and Kazakh languages, both orally and in writing
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Computer literate with Microsoft Word, Excel and related business and communication tools
- Teamwork attributes are extremely important
- Demonstrates excellent organization skills, and expertise in paper file and database management
- Efficient organizational and communication skills
- Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills
- Strong decision-makers and outstanding facilitators of learning and change.
- A keen interest in producing targeted and tangible results by creating an effective and efficient workforce
- Well developed Interpersonal Communication, Problem Solving, Planning Skills, Time Management, Attention to Detail
- Knowledge of and experience with traditional and modern training processes would be preferred
Main responsibilities:
- Develop, & maintain documents of any type in a systematic manner such as Document Database information, Library of documentations, document management system, FM Material Requisition Procedures & filing systems, Audit Report tracking & distribution system, FM filing systems, various FM forms, Work authorization creation and all Training records and documents
- Develop a tracking and distribution system for all Training Audit Reports received from FM stakeholders.
- Post, update and maintain all FM on-going Training at the White Board and remove completed Training as appropriate.
- Develop and implement various FM forms to improve and manage the Training of the FM staff
- Maintain a register of all Training that has been performed and which is required
- Filing and archiving of all FM Training related documents and equipment manuals
- Provide assistance in organization of meetings (preparation and equipment of conference room)
- The function of the FM Technical Training Coordinator is to provide Training support to all Facilities Management department personnel as directed by the company management for the operation on a daily basis. Follow all HSE procedures and work practices to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff as well as to perform interpretation, translation, reports (daily, weekly, and monthly), public relations, social activities & organizational moments.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
- Oversees training programmes that include web-based seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos, and more
- Determines training needs and requirements for an organisation or group by meeting with managers, talking with employees, or administering surveys
- Reviews existing training materials produced by third parties to determine appropriateness and relevance
- Modifies or creates course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs
- Presents in-person and online training sessions or hires qualified personnel to do so
- Schedules training sessions, organizes information technology and other equipment, and manages course enrolment
- Monitors training programmes and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary
- Works with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees
- Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers
- Implement effective and purposeful training methods
- Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement
- Ensure all employees meet the RoK and Clients Training standards and requirements
- Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organizations goals
