PROFESSIONAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: ?????? ???
• Technically Lead project team to ensure all critical path project deliverables are executed on time.
• Technical lead will allocate tasks, prioritize tasks, unblock all issues as they arise.
• Technical lead should have strong technical background
• Demonstrated previous hands on experience with Cloud, BI\DI, DB.
• Experience leading Agile development team in a fast pace environment.
• Identify technical constraints\issues and unblock issues.
• Must be able to effectively communicate to large team, prioritize tasks, co-ordinate multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Identify risks, issues and effectively communicate this to the project manager.
• Oversee technical design of the solution, align with TCO standards and governance and recommend industry best practice where appropriate.
• Translate and validate business requirements to solution technical specifications.
• Act as the technical coordinator between Company and Vendors on technical matters.
• Develop plans (including task breakdowns, efforts and estimation and due dates.
• Review all technical documentation and diagrams required for transition to support.
