Young and highly motivated IT company is looking for a skilled Finance Manager!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for directing or monitoring the departmental accounting system including cost, fiscal, billing, revenue and trust accounts;
• Analyzing and interpreting accounting provisions and regulations and provides recommendations for their implementation and impact on department programs;
• Managing the provision of financial and operational reporting to senior management to improve performance and profitability;
• Developing financial policies and procedures;
• Initiates and directs the preparation of cost, revenue, and accounting system procedure studies and recommends and implements policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs;
• Upholding a continuous improvement mindset and seeks opportunities to drive positive change in the finance department and business processes to improve efficiency;
• Preparing and supervising the quarterly balance sheet and Profit & Loss report;
• Consulting with external advisors for Tax/VAT Reporting for our multiple entities across the world;
• Managing the provision of financial and operational reporting to senior management to improve performance and profitability;
• Ultimating responsibility for quality of work produced.

Requirements:

• Finance Manager experience (1 year +);
• Economic education;
• Analytical abilities;
• Experience in the banking sector will be an advantage;
• Ability to use electronic payment methods (PayPal, Epayments, Webmoney);
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Apps;
• The desire to learn, work and develop;
• English proficiency (B2-C1);
• Experience with foreign partners
