Обязанности работника:

Be a Leader in Safety and Environmental Protection. Fosters a culture in the organization that uses the elements of Operational Excellence to drive to Incident and Injury Free work environment. The TCO Tenets of Operation will be the mechanism used for checks and balance to ensure safety remains the guiding value for the team in every activity. Forward planning and knowledge of the work place environment will be used to support the effort.

Implement CMS work processes / procedures related to Quality documentation to ensure compliance and update as per the completion requirements. Make suggestions to improve value of completions work processes if required.

Assist in coordination and work prioritization to ensure accuracy in applying processes / procedures and to enforce CMS processes. Develop completion strategic plan and related work process to account for Quality Verification deliverables.

Incorporate and / or develop a path forward for accounting of any unique requirements for deliverables as it relates to the quality scope of the future facilities. Develop and implement work processes to the extent of possibility however, where exceptions need to be made, work with Phase 5 Delivery Team and other as directed by her/him to implement any changes.

Specific responsibilities include progressively to track, validate and account for the completion of project QVD deliverables for systems/sub-systems, RFSU and Handover to Operations. Overseeing the validation accountability to readiness reports related to deliverables’ completion status: ? Quality Verification Documents • Checksheets • Acts • Loops • Hydrotests, etc. ? Punch Lists ? Tag listing (assist to Tag validation) Understand document / information control process, show ability to search and find documents / data using project document management systems. Assist to Delivery Team members for handover processes and activities as needed. Work with contractor completions specialists (MCPlus) to ensure consistence in loaded metadata/documents required for Quality Verification documents, Punch Lists statuses. Be fluent in concepts of metadata / documentation management, demonstrate the ability to retrieve information and amend it using applications. To do additional tasks required by Line Supervisor.

Provide leadership and guidance for the validation, make suggestions to improve value of completions work processes if required. Assist in coordination and work prioritization to ensure accuracy in applying processes and to enforce delivery work processes. Work closely with Phase 5 Delivery Teams to project and develop the required features in CMS to allocate all Operations Delivery requirements.

Interface with Tengiz and Atyrau Delivery Teams to enable planning of daily work schedule. Assist in application of company initiatives to standardize the systems completion process by developing work processes and procedures for tailoring completion tool to fit company needs. Maintain communications with System Completion, MCPlus, Quality, Regulatory Teams with regards to Quality/Punch Lists deliverables. Communicate to Engineering, MCPlus Teams on Tags’ issues.

Develop FGP Phase 5 Delivery detailed work instructions for execution and tracking for the validation of completion of the QVD deliverables, Component Listing, Punch Lists, Hydrotests, Loops according to the project requirements.

Make suggestions to improve value of CMS web pages to optimize and simplifies CMS work process if required.

Work with the System Completion, MCPlus, Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, Operations Teams to provide guidance and support for all completion activities specifically related to the completion verification of deliverables for Acceptance of Handover.

Provide support to Atyrau and Tengiz Delivery Execution Teams for the deliverables’ verification required for Handover Packages by Areas (Gathering, Control & Power, 3GI/3GP, Infrastructure) and close out any outstanding issues related to the QVD, Punch List deliverables’ requirements. Provide support to Regulatory Team on Technical Piping Passports, PSV and Cathodic Protection Passports submitted by Contractor for correct technical content and accuracy.

Run reports on outstanding deliverables, and work closely with MCPlus, System Completion, Phase 5 Delivery Teams for accurate updates on CMS Quality, Punch Lists pages, and issue completion status reports for project deliverables by Quality Verification Documents and Punch Lists.

CMS Quality Specialist should have the following skills: 2.1 Technical Qualifications: • University Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma or equivalent background. • Level of English – Intermediate. • 4 – 6 years proven work experience in Oil & Gas Environment – in the Project Environment / Lifecycle, especially Major Capital Projects (MCP). • Proven experience in the management and use of relationship databases and work flows. • Experience with Facility Acceptance requirements - in line with RoK regulations. • Technical evaluation of Regulatory compliance issues as related to the Operations Readiness to Start-up. 2.2 Non-Technical skills: • Application of leadership skills. • Good team-working abilities. Must be able to influence others to achieve goals. • Excellent Organizational skills. • Financial Awareness. • Strong Technical / Analytical Skills. • Self-Starter with multitasking capabilities. 2.3 IT Skills: • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office application (Word, Excel Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.)
