Graduate Engineer (Svetogorsk/Kamennogorsk)

What You Will Do

• Develop production skills, learn to troubleshoot and gain expert knowledge of the product supply industry.
• Create technical skills in different areas.
• Support experienced colleagues in daily tasks.
• Drive projects to support product supply improvements and deliverables.
• Perform standard technical tasks and prepare standard operation sheets.
• Monitor production processes and work methods; and collect, compile, and analyze production data to identify opportunities to improve production processes.

• Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships are an advantage.
• A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Mechatronic, Automation systems (less than 18 months ago is a prerequisite)
• Outstanding academic achievement is an advantage
• English level is Intermediate.
• Enthusiastic, passionate and curious person who demonstrates the ability to be team-players who can contribute to our ongoing success.
• Mobility and readiness to change location and country as a part of career evolution is highly appreciated
• Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint), CAD soft knowledge (Autodesk AUTOCAD, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks), the advantage will be knowledge of Matlab, Simulink software packages, programming experience.

When you start your career with us, you will create your individual foundation to drive your development and career within Essity and as part of that you will join our 6-12 months Local Onboarding that include interesting tasks and assignments as well as training-all linked to specific learning objectives.

This will provide you with a deep understanding of the Essity global organization, technical knowledge, processes and tools, while simultaneously delivering concrete results to the business.
