Обязанности работника:

Be a Leader in Safety and Environmental Protection. Fosters a culture in the organization that uses the elements of Operational Excellence to drive to Incident and Injury Free work environment. The TCO Tenets of Operation will be the mechanism used for checks and balance to ensure safety remains the guiding value for the team in every activity. Forward planning and knowledge of the work place environment will be used to support the effort.
3.2 Implement CMS work processes / procedures related to Regulatory Affairs-Final Handover Packages documentation to ensure compliance and update as per the completion requirements. Make suggestions to improve value of completions work processes if required. Assist in coordination and work prioritization to ensure accuracy in applying processes / procedures and to enforce CMS processes.
Develop completion strategic plan and related work process to account for RA-FHOP deliverables.
3.3 Incorporate and / or develop a path forward for accounting of any unique requirements for deliverables as it relates to the commissioning scope of the future facilities. Develop and implement work processes to the extent of possibility however, where exceptions need to be made, work with Phase 5 Delivery Team and other as directed by her/him to implement any changes.
3.4 Validate RA Deliverables set to meet Project RoK, State Acceptance Commission, Facility Registration requirements and interface with Project & Base Business regulatory teams for accountability of all Regulatory deliverables required by tag / sub-system / system / Area etc. Ensure the RA set of requirements are met and validated for completion in Handover Packages: • Safety Verification Requirements (hydro tests, system testing, material certificates, permits, etc.) • Construction completions deliverables (component verification, redline documents, quality ACTs, work logs, permit to construct, expert conclusion, Acceptance of Custody transfer, etc.) • Commissioning completions requirements (comm. dossiers, procedures, function tests, SAT, Leak Test, Acts of Acceptance) • Certification Date and Validity per Equipment, Metrology attestation, SES, etc. Responsible for verifying information on CMS web pages. Monitor all project completion deliverables generated by contractor and company to ensure it is stored in appropriate sections and loaded into the system. Be fluent in concepts of metadata / documentation management, demonstrate the ability to retrieve information and amend it using applications. Ensure timely verification of metadata/documents receipt and that they meet requirements as stated in FGP/WPMP Document Requirements Schedule and FGP/WPMP Numbering and Coding Specification. Understand document / information control process, show ability to search and find documents / data using project document management systems. Assist to Delivery Team members for handover processes and activities as needed. Undertake remedial actions if required documents are not transferred / or not accessible at appropriate CMS web-location. To do additional tasks required by Line Supervisor.
3.5 Provide leadership and guidance for the validation, make suggestions to improve value of completions work processes if required. Assist in coordination and work prioritization to ensure accuracy in applying processes and to enforce delivery work processes. Work closely with Phase 5 Delivery Teams to project and develop the required features in CMS to allocate all Operations Delivery requirements.
3.6 Interface with Tengiz and Atyrau Delivery Teams to enable planning of daily work schedule. Assist in application of company initiatives to standardize the systems completion process by developing work processes and procedures for tailoring completion tool to fit company needs. Maintain communications with Operations, Regulatory, Maintenance, System Completion, Engineering Teams with regards to RA-FHOP deliverables.
3.7 Develop FGP Phase 5 Delivery detailed work instructions for execution and tracking for the validation of completion of the RA-FHOP Deliverables according to the project requirements.
3.8 Make suggestions to improve value of CMS web pages to optimize and simplifies CMS work process if required.
3.9 Work with the Operations, Regulatory, Maintenance, System Completion, Engineering Teams to provide guidance and support for all completion activities specifically related to the completion verification of deliverables for Acceptance of Handover.
3.10 Run reports on outstanding deliverables and work closely with Operations, Regulatory, Maintenance, System Completion, Engineering, Phase 5 Delivery Teams for insuring accurate updates on CMS RA-FHOP pages, and issue completion status reports for project deliverables by RA-FHOP documents.

???????Technical Qualifications: • University Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma or equivalent background. • Level of English – Intermediate. • 4 – 6 years proven work experience in Oil & Gas Environment – in the Project Environment / Lifecycle, especially Major Capital Projects (MCP). • Proven experience in the management and use of relationship databases and work flows. • Experience with Facility Acceptance requirements - in line with RoK regulations. • Technical evaluation of Regulatory compliance issues as related to the Operations Readiness to Start-up.
