WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENGLISH SPEAKING SALES MANAGER WITH BACKGROUND IN FRANCHISING for full time employment in St. Petersburg.

FreeFly Operational is a young Nordic start-up passionate about the coolest industry in the world - indoor skydiving. We are developing and selling indoor skydiving related franchise, consultation, training, business concept and related wind tunnels.

Our professional young European team is looking to grow in Russia - together with you. We are looking for an enthusiastic manager with background in franchising and real results in sales to work with customers in Russia and around the world. Marketing experience and/or education a plus.

We seek a person who thrives on having a direct contribution to the success of the business and have the ability to think entrepreneurially. We are looking for an analytical thinker with strong consultative selling skills who is as comfortable at proactive client meetings as they are with understanding what is required to win business. Key is the ability to understand and articulate client KPI’s in relation to the power of our offerings

Your work will include:
Preparing a Plan of the Week and submitting it to the Team Leader
Working independently but cooperatively and enthusiastically to grow a new business
Developing client relationships to serve as a trusted consultant with clients
Direct sales, closing deals
Consulting and training customers
Developing the franchise & sales systems
Contributing to cross-functional sales and marketing strategy with customer insights, key messaging, and marketing mix
Participation in events as assigned
Reporting to company management

Other tasks
Social media marketing, basic content production
Managing special projects as assigned
Translation work
Office duties
and other assignments given by the employer.

What we value:
Achievements: results to show in sales (& marketing)
Background: experience in working in franchise or selling franchise, marketing know-how a plus
Education: sales/(marketing)
Languages: must be a fluent English-speaker and writer, other languages a plus
Work experience: minimum three years
Personality: friendly, flexible, patient, out-going, positive, target-oriented, keen to learn new things, international, diligent work ethic, dependable, and ethical.
Skills: Strong sales development skills to break new accounts
Exceptional prospecting skills
Exemplary interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Experience with pipeline management and forecasting
Ability to prioritize goals and re-orient priorities in a fluid, dynamic sales environment
Ability to analyze and present account, category, marketplace, and performance data, knowledge of
some marketing, basic graphic skills, good command of office software
Other: option to use home office valued, must be ready to commit to this assignment for at least 2-3 years; must be willing and able to travel inside and outside Russia.
