Account Manager (Full time or Part Time)
BookBuses Inc. is a technology company based in New York City, New York. We are an online platform that offers instant pricing and booking of charter, mini, and school buses in the United States and Canada. Some of our clients include the United Nations, KPMG, Goldman Sachs and KAYAK. Our founding team members have worked at companies like Rocket Internet, Groupon, McKinsey, AT Kearney & Lightbank Venture Capital, and our company was in Entrepreneurs Round Table Accelerator last year.
Profile
Our company is looking for an Account Manager. Your job is to engage with English speaking customers and help them book their perfect vehicle. There are no outbound phone sales; however, you should be courteous and polite on the phone while helping inbound customers. In addition, you should be clear and concise in your communication, a good listener, and problem solver.
Responsibilities:

Research key customer industries, companies, and key decision makers.

Follow up on campaigns and reply to inbound requests via email and on the phone.

Negotiate prices and be a key contact with our bus partners.

Help customers make a decision and book trips with BookBuses.

Follow up with customers, evaluate trips, and retain customers.
Requirements:

Speak and write fluently in English in a professional manner. US English preferred.

Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Attention to detail.
Conditions:
- Be willing to work on United States time (East Coast) from 9 am-5pm. (Ukraine 4 pm - Midnight)
