We are looking for a result-oriented Project Manager to deliver really user-friendly, modern, competitive high-quality product to the and lead our development team.

CINE-BOOKS is the unique content producer and MCN (Multi-Channel Network) media company with proprietary next-gen OTT technology. The company produces and distribute unique multimedia content called “cine-books” that combines the advantages of books and movies. Thus, cine-books can be read, listened to and even watched as movies.

Our project marries programming – web & mobile, art and design languages. It delivers unique publishing platform & media products that became a new word of digital storytelling to people all over the world.

Responsibilities:

1. Project planning:

   • collection and definition of top-level features with the client;

   • collaboration with stakeholders to reach a common understanding of the requirements and possible solutions;

   • business analysis of client requirements and similar products;

   • working with the Product Manager to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories;

   • creation and maintenance of technical and functional specification, scheduling.

2. Project executing, controlling and delivery:

   • team and task management;

   • result-oriented resource and budget management;

   • solutions quality control - ensuring all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage (alpha/beta/production)

   • implementation of a motivation system for a development team focused on the result, not on the process;

   • WEB & Mobile design (UI/UX) supervision;

   • delivering solutions in-time.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in managing software development projects (experience with product projects will be a plus).

• Experience of working with designers, UI/UX supervision;

• Solid communication skills, proactivity, responsibility, adherence to deadlines.

• Good understanding of Agile processes.

• Rich experience in task tracking systems: Jira, Redmine and Trello.

• Experience in creation of documents and qualifying client requests, helping clients turn their ideas into a technical specification;

• Written and spoken English, at least intermediate.

• Experience of development for mobile platforms will be a plus.
