Job Content:

• To create and produce reports and analyses aiming at supporting the activities of the Supply Chain team.
• To propose and justify, though appropriate analyses, the definition of the parameters impacting the definition of the safety stock position.
• To conduct ad-hoc analyses as required by the Supply Chain leadership team.
• To contribute to ensure the achievement of supply chain KPIs and targets.
• To continuously improve the methodologies, the processes and the tools used for the analyses and for the calculation of the stock and ordering parameters
• Adapt to other duties as assigned and needed.

Duties:

• The creation of periodic operational reporting.
• The creation of ad-hoc operational reporting.
• The conduct of analyses based on relevant data.
• The production of the reporting and the distribution to all relevant stakeholders
• The maintenance of the related reporting documentation.
• The calculation of the parameters relevant for the stock management and ordering activities.
• The calculation of logistic mark-ups
• The continuous improvement of the methodologies and of the processes used to conduct the analyses and to determine the stock and ordering parameters.

• Is accountable for the creation and for the production of required reporting and analyses, for the calculation of the stock management and ordering parameters and for their continuous improvement.
• Cross-functional alignments: To closely interact with the demand planning team, the logistic operations team, the master data team, the stock planning teams and the controlling department.

Requirements:

• You are business fluent in English
• Project management techniques knowledge
• Excellent logical and mathematical thinking.
• Excellent analytical thinking.
• Excellent knowledge of statistical analysis methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain methodologies.
• Advanced capability to use Microsoft Office package including macros & excel,
• Advanced capability in the usage of data management tools (sql, databases, reporting tools, etc.).
• Fluent in professional local languages and in English
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills.
