Duties:

• develop project concept, which will be unique and not similar to any other already known in this field of activity

• analyze, understand and set goals and objectives of the project

• make a phased plan of the project implementation in accordance with Smart Technology

• write correctly and skillfully

• draw up project budget

• lead people; allocate responsibilities among the members of the team for the best result

• bring any project to the end

• see the perspective, easily cope with problems

• monitor the implementation of several projects at the same time, within the approved budget in accordance with the plan

Requirements for a candidate:

Knowledge:

• experience in HR or in social and volunteer projects

• higher education, English level not lower than Upper Intermediate; a good level of Kazakh language

• active citizenship and a desire to grow and develop the project

• additional education in the field of Project Management (optional)

• studying the experience of domestic and foreign colleagues

• economic and financial literacy

• basics of healthy eating and knowledge of the principles of your own body processes

Ability:

• experienced PC user

• effectively use and manage information

• understanding of how systems work (information, technology)

• use technology/basic technological literacy

• strategic thinking, analytical mind

• high level of efficiency

• confirm ability and skills by the presence of real projects that have created and have been successful
