Mars CEAB&T is looking for the Sales Systems & Automation Manager who will lead digital transformation of the company in 11 countries together with his/her team. Position responsible for the development of sales systems strategy in CEAB&T and achieving it through the effective management of the Team, service suppliers and attracting/unlocking resources and expertice of Mars Global and cross-functional collaboration.

What are we looking for?

• 6+ years of experience in Sales Systems Development in FMCG, or comparable experience in other industries (including IT);
• English Upper-Intermediate + (Must); Russian - advanced (Must); Turkish (Wish);
• Strong functional expertise and knowledges:
• Successful record of launching innovative products/digitalization in FMCG industry Experience of management product team with applying different methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban);
• Successful record of building effective and mutual relationship with service suppliers.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Managing, development and engagement team of Mars Associates;
• Implementation of product approach in SSA department;
• Managing outsource service providers/maintain effective and mutual collaboration Analyze current gaps/opportunities in SFA/tools/data and update short/long term plan of digital transformation for Mars CEAB&T;
• Execution of aligned plan of development for SFA/tools;
• Consistent collaboration with Mars Global Teams including implementation of regional tools/SFA and sharing/applying best-practices;
• Technical support of Mars One Demand functions with implementation of digital tools.
